Emirates Sports Hotel

Welcome to the Emirates Sports Hotel. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking services provided herein. By making a reservation, you enter into a binding agreement with the Hotel and agree to comply with the policies outlined below.

1. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

All bookings made through this website are subject to payment authorization and confirmation. By completing the reservation, the guest expressly agrees to the following:

  • Payment Authorization: You authorize the Hotel to charge the full booking amount, including any applicable taxes and fees, to the payment method provided at the time of booking.
  • Charging Schedule: For bookings made under a Non-Refundable rate, the full amount shall be charged immediately or in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of booking.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE RATES POLICY

Bookings made under a “Non-Refundable” rate are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. By selecting and confirming a Non-Refundable rate, the guest acknowledges and agrees that:

  • No Modifications: The booking cannot be cancelled or modified for any reason.
  • No Refunds: No refund, whether partial or full, will be issued in the event of cancellation, amendment, no-show, or early departure.
  • Cancellation Fee: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged and retained by the Hotel as a cancellation fee.
  • Scope of Policy: This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to travel disruptions, visa refusal, medical reasons, or personal circumstances.

3. REFUND POLICY

In instances where a refund is applicable (outside of Non-Refundable terms):

  • Any approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment used for the transaction.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.

4. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY

  • Card Security: Credit and debit card details are processed securely by authorized payment service providers and are not stored, sold, shared, or rented by the Hotel to any third parties.
  • Data Usage: Personally identifiable information is used solely for the purposes of processing bookings, providing services, and complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, in accordance with the Hotel’s privacy practices.

5. SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE

The Hotel does not provide services or products to individuals, entities, or jurisdictions subject to sanctions imposed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or to countries otherwise designated or restricted under applicable UAE laws and regulations. Any booking or transaction found to breach such sanctions may be cancelled or declined without liability to the Hotel.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions, and any purchase, booking, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the services provided thereunder, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

Additional Legal Notices

For clarity, the following conditions are also reflected in our standard documentation:

Booking Confirmations: “This reservation is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or modified. In the event of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.”
Invoices: “This booking is non-refundable. Cancellations or changes are not permitted. In the event of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.”
